Brittany is a senior capture executive with nearly two decades of experience leading complex, high-value pursuits across federal and commercial markets. Recognized for driving disciplined capture excellence, recovering at-risk pursuits, and building high-performing teams, she has led enterprise strategy for some of the industry’s most competitive and mission-critical opportunities.

Her expertise spans the full capture lifecycle — from strategic shaping and customer engagement through competitive positioning, pricing strategy, proposal integration, and executive decision support. Beyond pursuit leadership, Brittany is known for mentoring teams, strengthening capture organizations, and developing scalable processes that improve long-term growth performance.

Passionate about the intersection of strategy, technology, and business growth, she believes that while AI is transforming how proposals are built, strong capture leadership, customer intimacy, and winning strategy matter now more than ever.
